The Delores Foundation, Inc. (TDF) is committed to safeguarding your privacy. This statement explains our online information practices, and describes what personal information we collect and how it is used.
When you make an online donation to TDF we collect personal information such as your name, billing address, and email address. This personally identifiable information is used to acknowledge receipt of your donation for tax purposes and possibly to include you on TDF’s email mailing list unless you elect to be removed from that list.

The use of this information is based on the policies and procedures of the applicable third-party payment vendors, and not this Privacy Policy. TDF will not collect or have access to any complete credit card numbers or bank account information our third-party vendor (PayPal) collects to process online transactions.
